Maryssa - a certified five year teacher of the sport/art of Cardio-kickboxing. She is also a grade five teacher in Salem, CT and swim coach as well. The class will consist of a workout that utilizes training techniques, movements and combinations of movement from boxing, kick boxing, karate, and self-defense training.This will be a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT for your and your friends.

Cardio Kick-boxing combines and modifies martial arts and boxing techniques into a dynamic exercise program that promotes cardiovascular and muscular endurance and flexibility. There will be four parts to the class:

Warm-up & flexibility • Cardio-training segment • Strength-Training • Cool-down Flexibility
